Model Ejector Bracket in FreeCAD

Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned Model Guide Clip in FreeCAD. In this tutorial we will do modeling of Model Guide Clip  with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. You can also download my source file of the tutorial at https://www.mechnexus.com/mechnexus-youtube-tutorial-source-file/ so let’s start our tutorial.

Select the right plane and create the below sketch.

Now create the pad of 54mm and keep it symmetric as shown in below image.

Now select the bottom face and create the below sketch.

Now select the edge and give the fillet as shown in the below image.

Now select the edges and give the radius as shown in below image.

Now Project the edges and create the below profile.

Now create the datum plane as shown in the below image.

Now select the datum plane and create the below profile.

Now Extrude it to the distance of 20mm and keep it symmetric to the plane.

Now select the top face and create the circle of 30mm as shown in the below image.

Now create the hole as shown in the below image.

Now select the face and create the circle of 19mm as shown in the below image.

Now create the hole as shown in the below image.
